He believes that production brings economic prosperity and in this due the producers should receive highest economic support of the government.
Garakani further reiterated: “We should not forget that Iranian plastic injection machines manufacturers have surpassed the Chinese manufacturers and there are also some manufacturers in Iran that their products enjoy quality almost the same as European products, so they should be supported by the government.”
Iran Plast International Exhibition has experienced variations in its different editions, but it has been an important and successful exhibit in general which helps plastic and rubber sector’s industrialists, he commented and added that of course Iran Plast has weaknesses compared to the top international plastic and rubber exhibitions, but it enjoys some special status in the region.
Elsewhere in his remarks, the managing director of Nekoo Behineh Machine Company highlighted: “It should be considered that Iran Plast relies on the potentialities of Iranian industry and vast market which makes it different from the other regional plastic exhibits. In this due, more advertisements should be conducted to attract more exhibitors to this event especially from the neighboring countries.”
More time should be allotted to planning and taking preliminary measures for holding this exhibition, he commented and stated that while holding Iran Plast biennially has been a good action, product groups should be more specialized in such a way that they are divided into the smaller subdivisions and considering the level of activities in Iran, several plastic exhibits could be held in the country as the result during two-year period of time between two editions of Iran Plast Exhibition.
