Stand Construction Services:
In case of reserving a shell scheme booth, your stand will be built in Octanorm system included by surrounding walls, fascia, floor covering, electricity outlet, spotlights, 1 table and 2 chairs per each 12 sqm.
If you prefer your stand be constructed in a special shape or decoration you can choose a stand building company. This company should be a reliable one and be introduced officially by you to the organizer. After confirming by the organizer, the contractor can refer to the organizer in order to do any necessary coordination.
The exhibitors can also inform the Organizer if they want to be enjoyed of a special design for their stands. The Organizer will introduce them some stand construction companies and they can use their services. However, they can choose any other contractor upon their individual information.
Publicizing Services:
The data and specifications of all the exhibitors including their names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, email address and website and the field of their activity will be inserted in the official book of the exhibition.
If the exhibitors are interested in ordering any special advertisement in the official book, they can keep in touch with the Organizer and inform him about their request. The Organizer will coordinate properly with the official book publisher.
