A guide for attendances in Iran PLast International Fair
1. Affairs related to attendance in IranPlast International Exhibition including the registration, stand reservation, stand sight, , are being done through this site.
2. In addition to fair services, this site provides other services for rubber and plastic industry for the first time, such as making personal web pages in web Plast which is the field for introduction of abilities, achievements, needs and services of the active companies in this industry, with low expenses .Building these pages are simple. If you are joining this site you can enter your personal information or company information by making links for personal pages in control panel.( Registration of personal pages is free in this site by 21st April 2010)
3. For using this services in this site fill in the membership form at first. To join in this site start
here. It should be noted that joining in this site means acceptance the regulations and general rules of the Iran International Exhibition Co.
4. Membership in site for those users who disorder this site or providing false information will be cancelled. Please announce a telephone number certainly, to contact you properly.
5. Before reservation the stand, the rules and regulations of the Iran International Exhibition Co. should be studied and observed carefully.
6. To participate in the fair, after completing your membership in the site, at first choose your desired stand on the flash map from
reservation page and go to the next step and complet the form and save then go to your control panel .The system will issue a pre –invoice for you. Then enter necessary information for participation in the section of
Registration
7. Be careful that the information inserting in the registration and stand reservation section will be used in fair book and stand fascia and other resources in this site. Any deficiency may cause you to loose your introduction chance. Also if the information is not exact, insertion of your company name and your activities in the fair book will be avoided and the responsibility will be upon yourself.
8. To this step you have reserved your stand/s and the system keeps it for you until 3 days. Please be careful if you do not pay at least 50 % of the rental charges of your stand until 72 hours after the reservation, and do not receive the confirmation of the organizer, the reservation and registration will be cancelled. Now this is possible to print your registration form your control panel in registration section.
9. To receive confirmation of reserve, you should pay at least 50% of the participation cost which has been announced by the system based upon the payment of the type of your participation, to the NPC's bank accounts and inform the process to the headquarter (send the receipt copy through the site or fax the receipt to the organizer) and assured that the registration has been confirmed. (You will see it in Control Panel if it is confirmed)
10. Then the registration form should be delivered to the organizer together with the original receipt for the payment and utmost by 19 March 2010 in order to have a definite registration .Of course we recommend you to do this procedure sooner and do not postpone it to the end days.
